PSG right back Serge Aurier has been sentenced to two months in prison, reportedly for abusing police officers outside a Paris nightclub in May.
It's unlikely, though, that Aurier will serve any of that time.
From Eurosport:
The sentence is "convertible", meaning that Aurier will almost certainly perform community service rather than actually go to jail.
Given Aurier's status as a professional athlete, we think there's almost no way he goes to jail. He has already announced his intention to appeal the sentence, which will, at the very least, delay the proceedings for a while.
Aurier was also fined €600, plus €1,500 in court costs.
