Hector Herrera appears to be rounding into form, which is a good thing for Porto.
Look at what he did to Academica on Sunday:

He ruined their lives. That goal was Porto's third in a 3-1 win. The goal was assisted by Jesus "Tecatito" Corona.
Porto's other two goals on the day, by Danilo and Vincent Aboubakar, were assisted by Miguel Layun.
Herrera has been struggling for minutes for Porto as of late, ostensibly because of the fatigue caused by playing in major tournaments (World Cup, Gold Cup) each of the past two summers.
The era of Hector Herrera struggling with Porto is now over. Back in the starting XI and with excellent performances as well.

With the win and a Sporting CP loss, Porto ascended to the top of the Premeira Liga table. Whether they can stay there remains to be seen, but with Herrera firing on all cylinders, it's certainly a realistic possibility.
Going to the top is a nice moral victory after bowing out of the Champions League earlier this month.
Herrera's goal reminded us of a few other elite players, namely Zlatan Ibrahimovic:
And Bastian Schweinsteiger:

Not that we're suggesting Hector Herrera is as good as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and/or Bastian Schweinsteiger. He is pretty good though.
